Petition: Call for Greater Intellectual Diversity at Yale

Fight for Yale’s Future has launched a new petition calling for Yale to increase intellectual diversity among its faculty.

The petition comes on the heels of a Buckley Institute report last year finding that Yale faculty who are either registered as Democrats or donated heavily or exclusively to Democrats outnumber Republicans 28 to 1.

The petition calls on Yale to develop a plan to address the lack of intellectual diversity on its faculty, conduct a thorough assessment of politicization in the classroom, and recommit to providing an education that prepares its students to lead a country that holds a wide range of opinions.
